Our unique school is placed in the heart of our community and is driven by our motto of ‘Together We Learn and Grow’. We pride ourselves on the strong relationships we nurture with children, parents, governors and members of our local community.

It is our mission to inspire, challenge and support all our children to reach their true potential and to provide them with an exciting and relevant curriculum; a stimulating and safe environment; and the mental and physical guidance they need to flourish and become happy, confident and successful lifelong learners who can positively contribute to society.

Our website aims to provide you with a wide range of information that is designed to help you understand how we operate and gives you a feel for our school and our core values. Reception Admissions September 2027

We are delighted to invite families with children due to start school in September 2027 to come and visit Great Sankey Primary School on our open events.

Our friendly and nurturing school is proud of its high standards, dedicated staff, excellent facilities, rich and engaging curriculum, and strong focus on developing confident, happy learners. From exciting learning opportunities and enrichment activities to outstanding pastoral care, we provide every child with the support they need to thrive.

We look forward to welcoming you to our wonderful school and showing you all that Great Sankey Primary has to offer.
