Children as Champions

Pupil voice is extremely important to us at Great Sankey Primary and we value it immensely. There is a whole-school commitment to listening to the views, wishes and experiences of all our children as it helps to shape our future plans. Pupil voice also gives children responsibility and nurtures collaboration, leadership and negotiation. 

At Great Sankey Primary, we pride ourselves on the responsibilities we give to our children and they play significant roles across the school from prefects and play leaders, to School Council and Happiness Heroes.
